Delivery and returns

Delivery

• Delivery is free to any UK address, with tracking.
• Each print is made to order. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days.
• A second copy of the same print, sent to the same address, ships in the same parcel.
• We do not deliver outside the UK yet.

Christmas

Order by Wednesday 16 December for delivery before Christmas. Orders after that date are still made and sent, but we cannot promise they arrive in time.

Returns

Your print is personalised to your design, so we cannot take it back if you change your mind. This is allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for items made to the buyer's specifications.

Damaged or faulty

If your print arrives creased, torn, misprinted or not as you designed it, email hello@mappedmiles.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it free, or refund you if you prefer. You do not need to send the print back.
