These terms apply when you buy from Mapped Miles, a trading name of [TRADING NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS].
Your order
When you pay, you are offering to buy the print you designed. We accept the offer when we email your order confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery.
Your design
- We print the design exactly as shown in the preview, including any text you typed. Please check spelling, dates and times before paying.
- You must have the right to use the route and text you upload. Please do not upload anything offensive or that belongs to someone else.
- Colours on screen can look slightly different from ink on paper.
Made to order
Every print is personalised and made for you. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the buyer's specifications, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with the print. See delivery and returns.
Faulty or damaged prints
If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you designed, we will reprint it free or refund you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery dates are estimates. If your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, contact us and we will help.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
