Our story
Why I made this
I'm a trail runner in the UK. I love the early starts, the mud, the long climb and the view when you finally get to the top.
Some routes mean more than others, and a screenshot never felt like enough. I wanted a proper print of my own routes, drawn on a real map, something to hang on the wall and look back at.
So I started Mapped Miles. Now you can do the same with yours: the first marathon, the Sunday loop, the hill you finally got up.
A gift that remembers the run
Behind every finish line are months of early starts and wet Sundays. A screenshot doesn't do that justice. Print the run that mattered, for your mum, your brother, a friend from the club, or yourself.
- First marathon
- A parkrun PB
- The London Marathon
- An ultra
- The Sunday loop
- The hill you finally climbed
- A favourite hike

Start with your routeQuestions
What do I need to make a print?
A GPX file of the route. Most running, cycling and hiking apps can export one. If you are buying a gift, ask them to send you the file, or see our guide to getting a GPX file.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Upload the GPX and your print appears in the browser straight away. Choose a style, edit the title, date and stats, and what you see is what we print.
How much is it?
A3 is £24.99 and A2 is £29.99, with free UK delivery. Each extra poster in the same order is £14.99, whatever its size, so you can do your marathon and your parkrun together. A high-res digital file is £4.99 and covers every poster in the order.
When will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Order by Wednesday 16 December for Christmas delivery in the UK. Prints are made to order and usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.
Does the print show where I live?
Not unless you want it to. Most runs start and finish at home, so by default we trim the first and last part of the route. You can change how much.
Is it framed?
Prints are sent unframed. A3 and A2 are standard sizes, so ready-made frames are easy to find.
What paper do you use?
Archival 270gsm satin paper, printed in the UK.
Can I return it?
Each print is made to your design, so we can't take it back if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, we'll reprint it free.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We deliver to UK addresses only.
