The Mountain Track climbs from Glen Nevis in a long series of zig-zags past the Red Burn to the summit plateau of Ben Nevis, the highest point in Britain at 1,345 m. Out and back it is roughly 17 km and over 1,300 m of climbing. A poster of your route marks the biggest day of many a hillwalking year.

Ben Nevis Mountain Track (Lochaber, Highlands, Scotland) is an out-and-back route, 7 km each way: 13.9 km as drawn, with 1,312 m of climbing to the turning point. This line starts at Achintee, so it is about 14 km there and back. The 17 km you may see quoted starts at the Glen Nevis Visitor Centre.

A route poster turns a day out into something to hang. The terrain styles show the ground the route crosses, and you can add the date, who you went with and your own line of text.

Questions

What sizes can I get?

A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) is £24.99 and A2 (42 x 59.4 cm) is £29.99. Both are printed in the UK on archival paper, and you see the poster before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery in the UK is free and takes 3 to 7 working days after you order. Every poster is made to order.

Can I use my own GPX file instead?

Yes. On the design page you can upload a GPX file from Strava, Garmin, Komoot or similar. It is read in your browser and the file itself is never uploaded, and your poster then uses your own route.

How was this route drawn?

Route traced from OpenStreetMap, with elevation from public terrain data. This line starts at Achintee, so it is about 14 km there and back. The 17 km you may see quoted starts at the Glen Nevis Visitor Centre. If you walked a different version, upload your own GPX file.

Can I change the words on the poster?

Yes. The title, the extra line, the place, the date and which stats show are all editable before you order.
